We noticed a small scratch on a pane of glass after everything was installed one of those: easy to miss but once you see it you always see it , and they replaced it without any issue or hassle.

We are definitely going to recommended them to anybody that asks. April 3, We are remodeling our 60's ranch house on a strict budget. We had vinyl replacement windows, a vinyl replacement sliding door and a new fiberglass front door installed.

Gerald did the initial consultation and provided an estimate. He also met with our stucco contractor to coordinate work and weigh in on a design issue regarding some old wood trim on the stucco under the main front window. A hole was drilled in the wrong spot while installing the lockset but Steve immediately went to the hardware store and bought a washer to conceal it. I thought this would bother me but now it is not even noticed, nor has it been noticed by anyone else.

Steve returned to the house a few days later when we had issues with the key not turning in the lock and addressed it. There have been no issues since then 3 months ago. The 2 man window crew worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job. We can't believe what a difference in temperature and noise made by the new windows. The company is friendly and professional and they deal with in a good product, Simonton.

We would recommend to anyone. The only thing we would do differently is to have the door prefinished. We did it ourselves and just know it could look better but that's certainly on us.
